Jean has been active on the housing market in the Leiden region since the 1990s and in 1999 he was sworn in as a broker/appraiser by the District Court just before the broker's oath and title were abolished. Brokerage is in his blood and he is committed to his clients in the best possible way. Whether it concerns the supervision of a purchase or sale or an appraisal. His motto: Brokerage is not a 9-to-5 job, it is a "way of life"; you are a real estate agent 24/7! Even outside office hours and during the weekends, he is often in charge of his clients. His efforts are highly appreciated which earns him great reviews. Since 2018 he has been working at the DOEN branch in Leiden, together with Paul Rats (the founder of DOEN NVM Makelaars). From his beautiful office on the Kennedylaan in Leiden Zuidwest, he and the enthusiastic Leiden team will be happy to be of service. In his spare time, Jean likes to get behind the controls of a single-engine sports plane as a hobby pilot, but he also enjoys travelling, musicals, a visit to the cinema or an evening out for dinner.

Lonneke is very driven and enthusiastic in her work. In addition to being a registered real estate agent, she is also a construction expert and that makes her an excellent advisor for her clients. She has extensive experience in buying and selling homes. In both cases she represents the interests of her clients. As a purchasing agent, she not only looks at the suitable home, but also at the personal situation of the client. You will certainly encounter her as a purchasing agent for starters, move-ups and expats, among others. She enthusiastically guides throughout the entire process, from the first moment of contact to the key transfer at the notary, but also afterwards. Lonneke takes the time for her clients, because she understands that buying or selling a home is a very exciting and educational process. In her spare time she can be found on the hockey field or playing a game of golf. But going to the movies, visiting museums and eating with friends are also her favorite activities.

Paul is the founder of DOEN NVM Makelaars. Paul is a real entrepreneur and always sees opportunities everywhere. With his cheerful character and positive attitude, he is a motivator and, as a real people person, very accessible to everyone. Real estate agency is his passion and private and commercial real estate is his specialty. Especially because of the diversity of real estate but certainly also because of the clients themselves, Paul feels right at home in real estate. Paul loves France, loves skiing, being on the water and a good glass of wine.

Sydney Arends

Sydney started at DOEN as an intern and immediately after her training started working as a commercial secretary at the Leiden office. When you contact our office, Sydney is the first point of contact. What Sydney enjoys most is customer contact and supporting her colleagues. In her spare time, Sydney enjoys fitness and spending time with family and friends.

Jordi Gijsbertsen

Jordi is one of the youngest colleagues in our office. His enormous drive, creativity and approach when portraying our objects deliver the most beautiful images. Filming is his greatest passion, he closely follows and tries out every new development. Jordi is a real creative and gets a lot of energy from his work. Working independently in our dynamic environment makes him feel like a fish in a pond. Jordi is a very avid snowboarder and even does this professionally. Snow, mountains and winter sports are his greatest passion.

Peter Siera

After obtaining the various WFT'S, Peter started working in the financial sector at the end of 2021. He has gained a lot of experience as a self-employed person for various large national formulas. Advising in the field of mortgages and insurance is tailor-made for him. Within the DOEN advisory group, he and Remco are the first point of contact for tailor-made financial advice.
